PROGRAM OVERVIEW

In this yoga class instructor will teach students of body awareness through mindful movement, proper alignment and breathing techniques.

Students will learn how to increase their flexibility and strength.

SCHEDULE
SESSION I (6 CLASSES) : September 5th, 2022 through October 10th, 2022

 

​​SESSION II (6 CLASSES): October 17th, 2022 to November 14th
No classes: November 21-27
