Campanella is a proud yearly participant of this event. We are being invited to perform during the service for parishioners.

 

A Musical Celebration for All Ages: Families and friends gathered for a morning filled with joy, melody, and the spirit of the holidays.

We come together to celebrate the beauty of the season through the gift of music.

Participants: All Campanella choir groups, parents, grandparents, and siblings

We’re thrilled to invite you to our 2024 Holiday Party! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon with games and a special karaoke session, where our choir singers can show off their talents in a relaxed, joyful setting.

We will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch of contemporary European food, price is $30 per person for the buffet (bar not included).

Merry, Merry Chicago at Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO)

Participants: Concert choir, chaperones

It already became a yearly tradition to be a proud participant in the CSO Winter holidays season event.

 

Campanella Concert Choir is invited to perform at the Merry, Merry Chicago Christmas concert at the ballroom before CSO concert and during the intermission.​

Healing Harmony: Restoring Broken Glass

Participants: All Campanella members, and general public is welcome

AGE GROUPS: 9-11 AND 12-17

Join us for a unique 2-day winter mini camp centered on the theme of Healing Harmony: Restoring Broken Glass.

 

Through the ancient art of stained glass, participants will explore how broken fragments can come together to create something beautiful and whole. 

​

Led by renowned stained glass artist Rita Shimelfarb, children will discover the healing and transformative power of art as they turn glass shards into vibrant, meaningful creations.

 

This camp combines creative art projects with music and community, providing a fun and supportive environment for self-expression and healing.​

SPOTS ARE VERY LIMITED!

This engagement is supported by the Arts Midwest GIG Fund, a program of Arts Midwest that is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional contributions from the Illinois Arts Council.

Annual "Non-Typical" Halloween party

Participants: All Campanella members, their families and friends (the more-the merrier!)

Theme: "Elemental" — celebrating the four elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Air

 Activities:

  • Games & Contests: Enjoy both musical and non-musical games inspired by the elements.

  • Crafts: Create your own shadow box art themed around Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.

  • Music: Move to the beat with element-themed musical fun!

  • Prizes & Surprises!

 

Treats: We’ll have cookies, snacks, and water ready for everyone. Families are welcome to bring additional food to share!

We are thrilled to announce that a one and only Director of Master Singers will attend and participate in our regular Saturday rehearsal to share his experience with our singers!

 

Please, make sure that everyone comes prepared (i.e. knows their parts). This is a very rare opportunity to learn from a Master!

Meet And Greet: Campanella Open House

We warmly invite you to meet our singers and Choir Director, explore the atmosphere, and see if it's a good fit for you. 

 

Ask questions, join the rehearsal (or part of it) with the choir group, or simply observe from the seats — no pressure, no obligations, no stress. Enjoy the open art classes, check out the chess club, and see all that Campanella has to offer.

 

No special preparation or previous experience is needed, just come and enjoy the experience. All are welcome, please invite family and friends!
