CHORAL PROGRAMS
Campanella’s flagship Choir Program includes four progressive groups—Beginners, Prelude, Harmony, and Concert Choir—serving children ages 3 to 18.
Each level is designed to meet students where they are, guiding them through age-appropriate vocal training, music literacy, and ensemble skills.

From joyful first experiences in Beginners to advanced musicianship in Concert Choir, students grow artistically and personally in a supportive, inclusive environment. We emphasize an individualized approach, helping each child build confidence, find their voice, and develop musical expression at their own pace.

At Campanella, choir is more than singing the same song together—it’s about listening, connecting, and discovering meaning in music. Our rehearsals foster curiosity, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the cultural and emotional depth of each piece.
Through this journey, students learn not only to sing beautifully, but grow as expressive, empathetic individuals.
INDIVIDUAL VOICE LESSONS & SOLO OPPORTUNITIES

Every child at Campanella can become a soloist, supported by the entire choir. We provide in-depth training in vocal techniques, music theory, and performance skills.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & SPECIAL PROJECTS

Special projects are a cornerstone of Campanella’s programming, offering students meaningful opportunities to grow as artists and connect with the broader community.
Each year, we produce themed concerts that blend music, storytelling, and visual art—allowing children to explore big ideas through creative expression. Past projects have included choral adaptations of classic works, multicultural music showcases, and original stage productions.

Campanella Concert Choir group perform at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Chicago Symphony Center, the Illinois Holocaust Museum, and the Museum of Science and Industry, giving students real-world experience on professional stages. We also welcome guest artists and clinicians, who lead workshops and collaborate on performances that expand our students’ artistic perspectives.

Our choirs participate in both national and international festivals, including exchanges with choirs in Canada and performances at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, fostering cultural exchange and artistic excellence.

These special projects are more than performances—they are transformational experiences that inspire confidence, deepen musical understanding, and create lasting connections through the power of shared artistry.
